Horizontal resizing of the main window may cause IGB to freeze

            Description

            Getting into a situation where IGB is freezing (and must be closed) upon horizontal resizing of the entire IGB window.

            I cannot always reproduce this issue but it seems that this happens once sequence axis bases have been loaded.
