There are a few issues that seem to be resolved on Mac and Linux but are still present on Windows:
1) The sequence axis letters do not seem to be vertically centered on Windows.
2) Sequence axis letters are resizing horizontally with the stage and it seems that IGB Classic did not do this. Instead, it seems that IGB Classic maintains the proportions of the sequence axis letters until there is no more available space for that letter and then it changes to a smaller font. I think IGB Classic may look better in this case because the sequence axis letters are not constantly resizing as you zoom in/out. The real problem is that the sequence axis letters can become fairly skinny as you decrease horizontal space and it doens't look as good as IGB Classic. (Amino acid letters also do this)
