Joined Graphs cannot be deleted from the right click menu

            Description

            They can be deleted from the graph adjuster tab, but not from the right click delete... "Remove Data from Selected Tracks".

                Works fine using the 'delete selected' button on the 'graph adjuster' tab. Does NOT work from right click menu 'delete selected track'.

                FAILED

                In this version of IGB (13674) the right-click menu DOES NOT provide a 'Remove Data from Selected Tracks' option.

                For 'Joined Graphs'
                'Graph' Tab:

                • 'Select All'- selects all graphs, including 'Joined Graphs' and 'Floating' graphs
                • 'Clear Graph'- opens confirmation window saying:

                  "This will remove all currently visible data for the selected track(s). This will NOT delete the data set from IGB. Do you wish to continue?"

                  • 'Yes' will remove the 'Joined Graphs' track from the main viewer
                • 'Save Graph'- save 'Joined Graph' as a .bedgraph format file
                • 'Delete Graph'- DOES NOTHING, will NOT remove 'Joined Graphs' track from main viewer. FAILED
                • 'Restore Default'- returns track 'Style' elements to default
                • 'Thresholding...'- allows user to define graph thresholds

                Tested with 'Joined Graphs' of 2 and 3 separate graphs
                Tested by using 'Select All' under 'Graph' Tab and by Shift+manual selection of 'Joined Graphs' track to delete. ALL attempts FAILED
