Restore defaults (for style) sets the view mode to semantic view - it should reset to Alignment

            Description

            well, it should reset to alignment if the bam/tbi index views are removed as separate view modes...

                It starts with tbi index view mode. That means it is default. So when you click restore default, it should switch back to index view mode only.

                My point is that it is resetting to 'Semantic View' and NOT index view. IF we get rid of 'index view/coverage summary' as the default view mode and instead use Annotation/reads as the default view mode, then it should reset to *that. Currently what it is doing is WRONG
