Collapse and Expand not working

            Description

            Windows v10892

            Both 'Collapse' and 'Expand' from the right click menu and from Pref > Tracks are making no adjustments to the tracks

            From Pref > Tracks if you click a track then activate 'Collapsed' under Properties it checks the activation box, but makes no change to the actual track in the main window.
