                Server Provided Web Link subpanel

                -All the links are just read-only under this panel.

                Local Added Web link sub-panel

                -New links gets added to this panel using the create new button accurately.
                -A link can be deleted with the delete button.
                -Multiple links can be deleted at a time using the shift key
                -import and export buttons work accurately

                Web link builder sub-panel

                -This panel gets activated only when the create new button is clicked
                -All the information given in the text fields provided gets synchronised correctly in the local added weblink sub panel.
                -Invalid weblinks are restricted accurately.
                -the save and clear buttons work accurately.
                -Trackname and Annotation ID checkboxes work fine.
