Test the Tracks and Track Defaults Tabs under Preferences Window which have been changed in their implementation

            Description

            The Tracks and Track Defaults tabs under Preferences menu have been modified in their implementation. So, Please test those tabs aggressively in both Mac and Windows Environments.

                Tracks and Track Defaults Tabs under Preferences were tested extensively in GUI tests under BUG-415 and BUG-442, so is this bug redundant?
