Description
The display name is incorrectly displayed. Everything before the last "." character should appear as part of the display name.
To repeat:
(0) Reset prefs to default
(1) Run IGB and choose genome version A_thaliana_Jun_2009
(2) Add these two data sets:
http://transvar.org/illumina/tophat_3_processed/CoolHT2.sm.bam
http://transvar.org/illumina/tophat_3_processed/CoolHT2.mm.bam
(Note: difference in file name is "sm" or "mm" - stands for multi versus single mapping reads)
(3) Observe two tracks appear, but the names are both CoolHT2. They should be CoolHT2.sm and CoolHT2.mm
