Pref > Other Options: Coordinate BG and FG are not synchronized with right click > Change > BG or FG

            Description

            Windows v11987

            When changing BG of FG for the coordinate track from Pref > Other options it updates fine. It also updates when changing BG or FG from right click menu, but is not synchronized with Pref > Other options.

            Reproduce:
            Load track
            Right click on coordinate track label > Change BG or FG
            View Pref > Other options and BG and FG are showing as default (White & Black) even though the coordinate track has been changed

                note, it takes a second for the other options
                tabe to get updated, but it takes a second for the coordinates track to change color too.
                They happen roughly at the same time.
