Pref > Tracks
When adjusting the Max Stack Depth it auto updates for the track selected in the main window IF the 'Auto Refresh' is activated
If the 'Auto Refresh' is NOT activated and the Max Stack Depth is adjusted the 'Apply' button does not work

I don't know if this is a separate bug, but if you use the right click menu to access change>adj stack depth, on a bam track, it is currently offering "1" as the optimal depth! which is very clearly NOT correct.

Cannot select and change max stack depth for individual tracks from the tracks preferences window - it only works (the entry box becomes active) if 'Select all' is activated. Sometimes works for reference track but NOT loaded .bam track.

Additionally, I thought we were NOT going to have the number entry box change as numbers are typed in! Consider a bam track might have a stack height of 10,000. It will change every time I put in a zero from 10 to 10,000 (three redraws!). That is whole point of having the Apply button,rgiht?
