Semantic View mode: while bam tracks are in graph 'phase', 'Copy' doesn't properly load data

            Description

            load a bam, load data, view mode > Semantic Zoom, make it appear as graph, track operations > copy. Status reports as 'loading data' and the progress bar appears, but no data ever gets loaded. Now hit load data button - data loads up properly.

            This is not an issue with other operations, this is not an issue if in annotation phase, and doesn't seem to be an issue for bed files.
