tbi index still seems to have vertical issues.

            Description

            open a thal. load the TDNA insertion lines. Make everything into 1 track. Zoom into a 3-5 gene area. load. Now change the TDNA from tbi view to annot, notice you get the black blank 'track' under coordinate axis. Use vert zoom to fix image. Now switch back to tbi index... image jumps vertically again (bigger this time)
