[~aloraine], it seems that I don't have access to the development apps in the IGB apps project. How should I proceed with testing?

When attempting to upload TableView.jar, I receive the following error:

The other untested dev apps do not have this issue. TableView.jar may need to be rebuilt in order to contain a repository.xml file.

I also noticed that when at the app submission confirmation page, clicking "No Cancel submission and go back" clears the app from the pending_releases xml, however when on the same page, clicking on the home button in the menubar results in the app staying in the pending_releases xml.

Likewise, when submitting the same version of an app a second time, despite the expected error, the pending_apps endpoint is populated with that app, and there is no button in the UI to cancel/go back, but clicking the browser's back button results in the same issue.

From discussing with Sameer Shanbhag, the pending_apps behavior is part of the normal app store flow.

          Philip Badzuh - Please clarify:

What happens to "pending_apps" endpoint when JAR file lacks OBR repository.xml index file?

The pending_apps endpoint does not show JAR files that lack a repository.xml index file.
