1)Load Large a large data set that has a window size greater than 500,000kb and see if IGB challenges user
2)Use Data management table refresh buttons to see if you are challenged for the appropriate tracks
3)See if files ending in sam.gz sam.gz.tar and others are not being filtered out from challenges.
4)Load a large window from a bookmark

Testing on trunk r16011.
Loading single track BAM > 500kb ... Passed
Tested from data management table ... Passed
Unable to test the bookmark - IGB hangs when I tried to load more than 500 kb.

Continued on testing the load feature.
Unable to perform the bookmark as IGB is hanging.
The large data test is for SAM | BAMTest 2:
Selecting a track with less data and a BAM file to be loaded at the same time.
Even after selecting No IGB loads the smaller track. (Expected behavior. We are not keeping the state however its not hanging the IGB by loading the BAM which is good)Further testing by loading more BAM files. IGB doesn't load BAM files when we say no but loads the other files if they were selected
