1)Load Large a large data set that has a window size greater than 500,000kb and see if IGB challenges user
2)Use Data management table refresh buttons to see if you are challenged for the appropriate tracks
3)See if files ending in sam.gz sam.gz.tar and others are not being filtered out from challenges.
4)Load a large window from a bookmark

Tested on branch and trunk r-16011
All the tests passed as expected.
MAC OS X 10.9.1
Bookmark load data and position. Didn't load the bam data nor did it through request for that.
Test Cases:
1. Check the base case by selecting if IGB loads single track BAM > 500kb
2. Test on data management table by clicking on the refresh
3. Load a combination of tracks and refresh.
For case-3 even on combination other tracks will be loaded apart from the BAM/SAM with > 500kb size
