Sequence Viewer reverse compliment doesn't assign the correct color to the start and stop 'boxes'

            Description

            The reverse compliment 'flips' the sequence around. The box around the start and stop codons are in the correct place BUT the start codon (now at the END) is red and the stop codon (now near the beginning) is green. Start = green and stop = red
