Partially loaded graph files do not show 'gray' in the areas that are NOT loaded

            Description

            Just to keep it consistent with bam files, for instance, the graph tracks should be grayed out where they are NOT loaded (have only tried wig files at the moment)

                  Passed V.13740, Mac, Java 1.6.0_33

                  Tested with .bam, .wig, .bed files. All displayed dark gray when zooming out and unloaded areas were exposed.
