Deleted 'floating' graphs do NOT stay deleted if you adjust track height

            Description

            Open a ref seq and any other file. Draw a depth graph. Select graph, set to floating. Then use 'delete graph' button to delete the floating graph. Now readjust the height of tracks. Depth graph reappears. - even loaded graphs (wig) will do this.
