Description
After selecting the 'map sites' button for the restriction enzyme tab, it asks if you would like to load sequence. Click yes, and it loads sequence BUT then IGB adds a 'border' of unloaded area to either side of the freshly loaded sequence. It then returns an error that 'Residues for seq not available, search aborted.' because of the 'white space'. However, if you manually zoom in on the sequence, so it fills edge to edge, it maps just fine.
The 'white space border' that IGB adds is annoying and it would be preferable to NOT have IGB add the white space, for EVERY time that IGB loads sequence.
