Stacking order of joined graphs should depend on selection order

      Description

Right now, when you join two graphs, the stacking order depends on the order in which they were loaded. Instead, this should depend on the order in which they were selected for the join operation.

            FAILED

Stacking order is determined by whichever graph is loaded first. That will always be the bottom graph in the 'Joined Graphs' track.

Tested by selecting the two graphs in different order and the 'Joined Graph' track always retained the same stacking order.
Tested by dragging the label of one graph (and therefore the entire track) into different order and the 'Joined Graphs' track still retained the same stacking order.

IGB 7.0.0 uses universal selection. And this feature does not seem to add any value. Closing it for now.
