should not switch chromosome when file loaded

      Description

      1 - run IGB
      2 - load H_sapiens_Feb_2009
      3 - select chr 21
      4 - exit IGB
      5 - run IGB - chr 21 is selected
      6 - File > Open File ...
      7 - select a BAM file and click Open
      file is loaded, but chr is switched to chr 1

            2 - load H_sapiens_Feb_2009
            3 - select chr 21
            4 - exit IGB
            5 - run IGB
            Observe the Data Access Table, there is no information of what species and genome are being loaded and the load data button also grayed.
            It will be loaded again if we re-select it again in Data source tree.

            Katy - vineeth had the problem that when he reopened IGB, the titale bar said it was opening H sapiens chr 21, but the Data management table did NOT load up the ref track nor the cytobands... can you try this out a few times to see if you have the same issue?

            Passed V.13655, Mac, Java 1.06.0_37

            Steps:

            • Open IGB
            • load H. sapiens (H_sapiens_Feb_2009)
            • Select chr21 from Current Genome Sequences
            • Exit IGB (Tested with shortcut toolbar, keystroke, and through File > Exit)
            • Open IGB

            When IGB reopens, it is at the home screen and in the title bar reads:
            "Integrated Genome Browser 7.0.0"

            and no data is shown in the 'Data Management Table' or the main viewer.

            Should also be tested in Windows environments
