gene models should be shown with strand set to "arrow"

            Description

            When gene models auto-load (from "bed" files) they should be configured with Show Strand set to "Arrow"

            This works in IGB 6.6.3 but not IGB 6.7.

            To test, open genome A_thaliana_Jun_2009. Observe that the gene models load. Zoom in on one and stretch vertically so that you can see the arrows not show up. Also, right-click the gene models' track label and select Configure. Observe that the "Arrow" box is not checked.

            Also, Dec 27 I noticed that even after I chose "arrow" option, the arrows kept getting re-drawn pointing in the wrong direction. This happened a lot when I was working with a large joined graph. Joining and unjoining seemed to switch the arrow directions back and forth. I will try to reproduce this bug and create a new issue for it; I'm mentioning it here just to let you know that there seems to be something wonky about arrows and feature strandedness.

                  Appears to be broken again in 9656. See attached.

                  Also note the white marks on minus strand TAIR10 mRNA track.

                  You may need to clear your preference for strand fix to work.

                  I was able to reproduce the white marks. I will work on it.
