      Description

Can't click-drag to move floating graph.

      Update:
      1. Open A. thal.
      2. Use the folder tree to find and open IGB Quickload > RNA-Seq > L Lab > mixed cold > SM > graphs. Select both graphs.
      3. Zoom in to a region where 2-3 gene models can be seen. Click Load data
      4. Select one graph, then select float.
      5. Graph should float, show the track information (name and y axis range) as a label, and if you click on the colored bar, you should be able to move the graph up and down.
      6. unclick float, and the graph should return to it's previous 'docked' position

Please test with merged graph. Can you make it float and click-drag the graph?

Use graphs opened from coverage files at QL site:

            igbquickload.org/lorainelabrnaseq

            user name: guest
            passwd: xet76cure

Load all graphs from "SM" Heat and Drought samples on our favorite gene.

Floating is broken. Load a bam, make a coverage graph, select float, and it draws as if it should be properly floating, but it is not click-dragable, as reported. There are a lot of issues with join/collapse/float - but those will be reported separately. This report is JUST for float failing to function properly.

a second item to note, if the graph is a LOADED graph, after hitting float, there remains an empty track with label for that graph as opposed to a created coverage graph, in which case, the graph loses the label and 'holder' position, like it should. In this case, load a wig from a file, and see what happens.

            I have loaded a CoolHT2.mm.bam file from http://transvar.org/illumina/tophat_3_processed/

how to make coverage graph ??? I have the options of Depth,Mismatch graph and pileup graph but no Coverage graph.

I changed it to mismatch graph and deleted the graph from Data Access table then It is throwing 3 NPE

            "Coverage graph" = "Depth graph"

Also - in theory, Lance has fixed the graph delete bug. So try this out with a depth graph and see how it works.

version: 7.0.0 (11935) The graphs float just fine, but you can NOT unfloat them. Once they are floating, even if you select them via the color' thumbs' the float box remains grayed out, so they can't be 'unchecked'.
