Please re-assign or not as best makes sense.
The shortcuts interface has a function named "Export Preferences" but it does not appear to work.
I needed to export my preferences so that I could save my settings for several tracks and so I added "Control-P" as a shortcut for this function.
However, when I restarted IGB and typed "Control-P," nothing appeared to have happened.
Did the Preferences get saved somewhere?
If this functionality no longer exists, we should remove it from the list of available shortcuts.

This function does exist and is accessible already from a menu which appears when the preference panel is opened. To access this menu, go to File->Preferences->then in place of where file was, a menu named Preferences will appear. click Preferences->Export Preferences...
Fixed in r9662.
This shortcut ONLY works IF preferences window is open - it will NOT export if the preferences window is not open. Is this expected behavior? Because it would make much more sense that if it needed preferences to be open, that it would open the preferences window and THEN offer the export dialog box. Otherwise, it really should work from the main window.
It is a menu item and it requires corresponding frame to be active.

The shortcut for export prefs does not work even with the prefs frame opened.
Confirmed on Windows v11943 that it is not working. This issue has been reported along with several others.

I set the Keystroke shortcut in the 'Preferences'>'Shortcuts' of "Export Preferences..." to ctrl+E and closed 'Preferences'. I selected a single track and used the Keystroke to save an xml file. I tried this method with multiple tracks selected and it worked.
This bug is not isolated to a single action. In my testing, I found dozens of the GenericActions which appear in this list do not get triggered by the keyboard shortcuts assigned to them.
