Edge match marks do NOT move with the gene models if the track height is changed by loading in a new track, etc.

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed (View Workflow)
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Fixed

      None

      Description

The white lines of edge match remain floating after the gene models are compressed, after loading an additional track, collapsing or otherwise altering the track.

And easy way to reproduce: load tair 10, zoom into a multiple gene model (several models). Make sure that at least one of the gene models is selected (red box). Then open bioviz and select EST single map. Observe that as soon as the new track is created (not even loaded!), the gene models compress and the edge match lines are left floating.

Loading the EST single mapping file is now located under:

            • IGB Quickload
              • EST
                • NCBI EST (single mapping)

Default color of 'Edge-Matching' is white. I changed it to red to be more visible for testing here through 'Preferences' > 'Other Options'
