Mismatch Pileup Graph has unexpected behavior when using the Y axis scale 'by value' Min value

This one might be intentional but it is certainly unexpected! If you set the graph adjuster to By Value, then change the min to a value near the max (ie, if max is 100, set min to 90), most of the depth graph goes away (totally expected and appropriate) but the mismatches remain, floating, and get larger as the Y axis enlarges - in otherwords the remain completely unaffected by the changes in the min of the Y axis....

This is NOT what happens when you change the max - that responds as expected...
