Mismatch pile up view and graph show black lines as you zoom in

            The gray 'pileup'/depth area shows weird vertical black lines that change as you zoom in. 2 random pic's attached

                  This bug is back. I don't mind the white lines showing when the individual nucleotids are resolved (ie separating one nucleotide from the next) BUT it is still showing the white lines at slightly higher than 'visible nucleotide letter' level
