Description
Data Access Panel does not appear on top upon restart when Graph Adjuster tab is opened in a new window.
Question: If user has opened tabs, shouldn't whichever one they were last looking at be the currently opened tab even upon restart?
Currently, this appears to be what is happening. If Data Access Panel should always be on top upon restart, then this bug is valid.
To repeat:
- click on a tab in the bottom panel to open it (choose any except Data Access Panel)
- choose View -> Tabs -> Open Current Bottom Tab in New Window
- observe tab you picked is now in its own window and next tab in the row of tabs is now "on top"
- restart IGB
- observe the previously opened tab is on top, not Data Access Panel
