PREFERENCES > TRACK Does not update the list if new tracks are added while the preferences window is open

            Description

            This might sound silly, but if i am adding a bunch of tracks and I want to modify their appearance or labels as I am adding them, I would want to have the pref window open and have the track list update while I add then modify each one.

                  As the user adds new tracks, the Preferences window Tracks tab doesn't update. If it is feasible to do, the Tracks tab in the Preferences window should update to reflect the newly added tracks.
                  Note that it does indeed "refresh" itself if I switch to a different tab in the Preference window and then return to the Tracks tab.
