[BUG-28] Restriction Enzyme 'clear' button should not only clear the enzyme list but also clear the RE marks on the axis in the main image - JIRA UNCC

Details

Currently, hitting the clear button clears the list but leaves all of the restriction enzyme hash marks on the axis.
