Description
When I load a graph file from Das2, it sets extension as a human name instead of feature name provided by das2.
To reproduce
1) Go Arabidopsis thaliana, A_thaliana_Jun_2009
2) Then from Bioviz(Das2) server select AtTile1R > GSE9646 > 10h_ABA > GSM243689
3) Region In View, Refresh Data
4) Track shows name to be '.bar' instead of 'AtTile1R/GSE9646/10h_ABA/GSM243689'

Fix causes another know bug.
If you have two bar files with same name but at different location then it merges them into one track.
To reproduce :
1) Go to trunk/genometryImpl/test/data/bar
2) Create a new folder
3) Copy 'small.bar' into it.
4) Open both the files. (Species and version are irrelevant)
On 6.5 it creates different track while on trunk it merges them onto one track.
Passed on 7.0.0 (11884) Mac for the bug in description.
Not tested for the new bug, no idea where to find 'trunk/genometryImpl/test/data/bar'.
