Opening tabbed panels as separate windows creates windows of random size and shape; some windows are so small that they are unusable

            Description

            View > Tabs > Open Current...Window
            OR > Open... Tabbed Panes
            OR > [open tab by name]

            Any of those options opens new windows of various sizes and shapes, no consistency. Opening 'Current Sequence opens a window much too small.

            Be sure to activate all plugins which generate a new tab - open in a separate window. Be sure the windows are the correct sizes.
