View > Tabs > Open Current...Window
OR > Open... Tabbed Panes
OR > [open tab by name]
Any of those options opens new windows of various sizes and shapes, no consistency. Opening 'Current Sequence opens a window much too small.
Be sure to activate all plugins which generate a new tab - open in a separate window. Be sure the windows are the correct sizes.

It exists in IGB 6.4 too. But we can fix this for IGB 6.5
Can we just get Selection Info, Current Sequences, External View (and maybe Restriction Enzymes) to open at a specific size rather than allowing the program to use the 'fit to info' sizing? Select Infor needs to be large enough that when a selection is made there is enough room to at least have the first column of info show. External view needs to be large enough that a selection of data shows. The current sequences needs to be long enough to show 30 lines of chromosomes (same size as it is when attached to the default window). The restriction enzymes should also have the window stop at 30 lines, again ~matching the main viewer size.
