Sequence Viewer left margin incorrect when showing a single nucleotide

            Description

            Right click on a simple insertion (use the attached insertion .bam files from D. Nix for instance) and right click on the red insertion area. Open sequence viewer. Notice that the left margin is too compacted, and the number does not show.
