      Description

Make a simple quickload. move the contents file to the wrong place. Add the quickload, get the warning. Wait 2 minutes (for the time stamp) and put contents file in correct place. Delete the bad quickload, and try adding the corrected quickload. You still get the same error message as when you tried the incorrect version.

            Related bug:
            1. Run IGB
            2. Add a simple QuickLoad with contents.txt.
It will through some errors and new server will not show up in the server list.
Run IGB again, open server configuration panel and the previous added server will be in the list.

We need different condition to test whether the server has been loaded.

Instead of just test "server == null"

We probably need a reload function for server configuration panel. When IGB is running and user has changed something to the server, we should provide a reload button to update server.

To test this, download the attached quickload folder to desk top. Move the 'contents.txt' file out of the quickload folder. Add the folder (via Configure, >Add..., [any name], quickload, and >... button to find the folder on desktop). You should get a warning that the contents folder is missing. The quickload will still be put into the server list, but grayed out and unusable.

Return the contents file to the main folder, select the quickload from the server list, and hit the swirly 'refresh' icon next to the server name. The server should now highlight properly, should be selectable and be usable.

There is no longer a warning when something is wrong with the quickload! There really needs to be...

test: move 'contents' to the wrong place, add QL. No warning, it just adds in. However, (obviously) nothing in the QL can be accessed and there is no explaination.
