Sequence viewer layout needs some adjustment

            Description

            The Seq. View wimdow should have:

            1. a permanent right border of grey about 2 characters wide, no matter what (even resizing window should not change this).

            2. it should open with the black sequence space showing 50 characters, no matter the number size. This should adjust with window adjustment.

            3. left margin should vary in width to accommodate numbering. This means that the windows will open with different widths. This is fine. As the window is resized, it is the LEFT border that should change.

            4. Starting height of the window is fine.
