When a server is disabled/removed, all data from that server should be deleted

            Description

            When a user disables or removes a server, 3 things should happen:

            1.) provide a warning "Disabling or removing a server will cause any currently loaded data from that server to be removed from IGB".

            2.) all data from that server should be removed/deleted.

            3.) the Species list should have any unique-to-that-server species or genome versions removed from the Species/ Genome list list

                  Warning displayed:
                  "Warning: Disabling or removing a server will cause any currently loaded data from that server to be removed from the IGB."

                  Everything connected to that server is removed from IGB when chosen to be removed.
