jump zoom followed by load data doesn't completely load the data

            IGB 6.7 released version

            Description

            Re-assign (or not) as you see fit.

            If I enter coordinates into the search box and hit Return, IGB zooms/scrolls to the region.

            If I then click Load Data to trigger loading of data sets, data only loads for part of the view, not the entire visible region.

            To get IGB to load everything, I then have to click Load Data a second time.

            This is more of an annoyance than anything else, but what should happen is that when I click Load Data, the data should load for the entire region I'm on, regardless of how I got there.
