Sequence viewer loses start and stop codon indicators (green and red box) when you change colors

            Description

            When the 'Change color scheme' button is used, the green box showing the ATG start codon and the red box showing the stop codon disappear. Reverting the color does not make them reappear

                  A quirk:
                  When changing colors from ‘Yellow on Black’ to ‘Blue on White’, when resizing the Sequence Viewer pane anywhere from 1-9 (based on resizing) characters from the right side of the pane remain a black background color, allowing the black (intronic) sequence to appear non-existent unless highlighted by the user.
