Can not view highlighted sequence in sequence viewer

            Description

            Windows v11841

            When highlighting a portion of a sequence it shows that it is selected by the red border, but when I right click within the red border OR outside of it to "View Genomic Sequence..." it is no longer highlighted and the right click menu opens for the coordinate track. Since it is no longer highlighted the "View Genomic Sequence..." option is not available.

            This works correctly in MAIN, but not TEST.
