Resizing the whole IGB window should actually only change the size of main view

            Description

            Grabbing the bottom right corner and resizing the IGB window resizes the trays, not the main view. The whole point of IGB IS the main window... When I want I want to resize the trays I resize them specifically, and individually, but when I want to make the main view larger, I have to increase the size of the whole window and THEN downsize both bottom and right tray. Even when I shrink the IGB window, I am much more interested in the size of the main view than of the trays.

            So, what SHOULD happen is that any resizing of the IGB main window should resize the main view, and leave the trays at their current size...
