Y-axis scale: the number entered into the min max boxes is NOT the actual number used by IGB

            Description

            If you enter a max value as 2000 (by value) IGB instead uses '1996.2'. This is NOT ok - the value untered should be the EXACT value shown by IGB (this is only a problem in 7.0)

                  I think this corrected when the bug for graphs starting at -1 was fixed to start graphs at 0
