GUI test: Preferences Short cuts

            Description

            Make sure all pre-set short cuts work. Assign short cut keys to EVERY function and ensure they work as expected (short cuts do NOT get set until the program is shut and re-opened... do NOT reset preferences!) Try adding the same short cut to multiple keys.
