[BUG-520] Half of track turns all black when zooming passed the autoload marker - JIRA UNCC

pristine IGB
A thaliana
IGB Quickload > RNA-Seq > Loraine Lab > Mixed Cold > SM > Reads > Control, Alignments (new track at top)
move hairline to area with data (e.g. chr1 : 16128522)
move zoom scroller at top to right until it passes autoload marker
The track then splits in half: top half is normal track and bottom half is all black (black.png)
Load data and it goes back to normal and you can zoom in and out without any issues
Add another BAM track and once you zoom passed the autoload marker half of the track is black again
Instead of clicking 'Load Data' click the track label, the black track is now at the bottom (bottom.png)
