Comment copied from IGBC-309 June 18th and edited to current issue
- pristine IGB
- A thaliana
- IGB Quickload > RNA-Seq > Loraine Lab > Mixed Cold > SM > Reads > Control, Alignments (new track at top)
- move hairline to area with data (e.g. chr1 : 16128522)
- move zoom scroller at top to right until it passes autoload marker
- The track then splits in half: top half is normal track and bottom half is all black (black.png)
- Load data and it goes back to normal and you can zoom in and out without any issues
- Add another BAM track and once you zoom passed the autoload marker half of the track is black again
- Instead of clicking 'Load Data' click the track label, the black track is now at the bottom (bottom.png)
