[BUG-535] change height of float track snaps back - JIRA UNCC

Details

select a float track
on Track Adjuster, change height with slider DO NOT MOVE THE FLOATING GRAPH
change Graph type
the height snaps back to the original height
if you change height, then drag vertically before
changing the graph type, the height stays

is blocked by
