[BUG-573] IGB track mark does not appear with current default to 'Show IGB mark' - JIRA UNCC

Description

Default is to show IGB mark, but it does not show in an IGB created track until the option is turned off and then on again.

To test:

Opened fresh IGB

Loaded H. sapiens Feb 2009
Right-click the RefGene track label and select 'Track Operations' > 'Depth' or 'Not'

A track appears with an IGB track mark, a yellow bar on the left side of the track label.
