IGB track mark does not appear with current default to 'Show IGB mark'

            Description

            Default is to show IGB mark, but it does not show in an IGB created track until the option is turned off and then on again.

                  Passed V.13839, Branch, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

                  To test:

                  Opened fresh IGB

                  • Loaded H. sapiens Feb 2009
                  • Right-click the RefGene track label and select 'Track Operations' > 'Depth' or 'Not'

                  A track appears with an IGB track mark, a yellow bar on the left side of the track label.
