Track labels are disconnecting from tracks when height change occurs for any reason

    Details

    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Closed (View Workflow)
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Labels:
      None

      Description

Load up several tracks. Change max depth on one. Or collapse. Or lock it and make the pixel height smaller. Etc. etc. etc. And change in height to LESS than main view and the labels become disconnected from tracks and stay the smaller size. Any zoom adjustment fixes it, but it is annoying and looks buggy

            V.13788, Mac, Java 1.7.0_10

Loaded up H_sapiens_Feb_2009 along with http://bioviz.org/filerepo/bbb1.bed.gz and then created a 'Depth' graph of the RefGene track.
Right-click > 'Optimize Stack Height' will CRUSH the 'Depth- RefGene' graph track.

Can still resize via track label but it is barely distinguishable.
