Create Depth Graph generates duplicate graph tracks

            Description

            Sourceforge# 3032130

            Open A. thal. When ref track opens, while showing 2 separated tracks, select + track. Open annotations tab, select single-track operation>depth. Click apply. You should see 1 depth graph of + track. Repeat for - track.

            Now check on Strand> +/-. Create depth graph. In all cases, a single depth graph should be created, not duplicated.

                  Description 1. Launch IGB.

                  2. Open "A_thaliana_Jun_2009" .

                  3. Choose "Bioviz (Quickload)" and select "TAIR9 ALL".

                  4. Choose the load mode as "Whole Genome" and hit refresh data.

                  5. In the browser right click on "TAIR9 ALL (+ -)" and select "Change --> Show one track(+ -).

                  6. Then in the browser right click on "TAIR9 ALL (+ -)" and select "Make Annotation Depth Graph -> TAIR9 ALL(+ -)".

                  7. This should open a single track like "TAIR9 ALL (+ -)". If it opens more than one track named something like "depth: TAIR9 ALL(+ -)", the test case fails.

                  Testing Results:
                  Sept 30, 2010 - Alyssa Gulledge

                  version 6.4 (6969). This Test Case description is not clear enough. When I followed the directions above, I ended up with 2 tracks, on track is the original TAIR9 ALL (single track). The second track shown is the "depth: TAIR9 ALL) track. Based on the test case description, this is a fail because there are 2 tracks showing - but I am guessing that what this meant to say was that if 2 or more copies of the "depth" track appears, then it fails. In this case, the original track plus a single requested depth track should be a pass.

                  Based on the second interpretation, this bug is fixed (see picture).                   		Sourceforge# 3032130
